BRIEF

Alexandra Palace is a cultural icon, but its brand had lost its voice. The brief was to deliver a top-to-bottom rebrand that would restore "brand love" and have the brand represent what the Palace had come to be known for.  We needed to bridge 19th-century heritage with the energy of a modern entertainment destination.

WHAT I DID

I led the development of a dynamic new identity system. We created a rich visual language and adaptable tone of voice, rolling it out across every touchpoint—from digital campaigns and merchandise to on-site signage. Crucially,  managing a full cross-company sell-in to ensure long-term consistency.

RESULT

The project successfully re-positioned the "People's Palace" for a new generation. Delivering a commercially robust identity that unified the venue’s eclectic programming. The result is a brand that doesn't just look better; it performs better, driving ticket sales and securing the Palace's place in London's experience economy.
