BRIEF
Perform Workshops operates across 350+ locations, but their digital infrastructure was holding them back. The brief was to modernise the customer experience and drive revenue growth across the UK. We needed to replace a friction-heavy booking process with a seamless digital journey while ensuring marketing delivered at a local level.
WHAT WE DID
Acting as the Fractional Marketing Lead, I steered the company's digital transformation. I oversaw the end-to-end scope and delivery of a new e-commerce website to streamline the booking journey. Simultaneously, I developed a strategy for data-led, localised campaigns to drive regional demand, while mentoring internal teams to execute high-impact email and social campains.
RESULT
The project delivered a step-change in operational efficiency and commercial performance. The new platform modernised the user experience, significantly increasing conversion rates. By combining this technical upgrade with targeted local campaigns, we drove multi-site revenue growth and equipped the business with a scalable, future-proof marketing function.
